Our comprehensive safety program ensures that the employees of Venture Communications and our subcontractors work in a safe environment. All employees and subcontractors are required to comply with OSHA, state and local safety regulations. Subcontractors have been pre-qualified to ensure their employees participate in required safety training programs and are knowledgeable in first aid and other emergency procedures in the unlikely event of an accident. Protection of the public is always our primary concern.

Our quality control plan ensures a consistently high level of workmanship in every project. Pre-qualification of subcontractors includes an aggressive review of all references. Our supervisor on each job continuously monitors the workmanship of every employee and subcontractor, and is empowered to take any steps required to complete your job on time and in a high quality manner.

We believe that technology should improve the quality of life without damaging the world we live in. It is our objective to return every construction site to its original state. A pre-construction survey is typically performed, including photographs of the construction corridor or site(s) and surrounding areas. Any existing environmental issues are documented and reviewed with the customer and any relevant authorities. All federal, state and local regulations will be observed during construction and restoration. A Post-Construction survey is also performed to protect you and us from subsequent damages or claims by third parties.
